I am a professional with M.Sc. (Food and Nutrition), having over 10 years of experience in Nutritional Counseling. During my Dietician career, I have conducted several camps related to nutrition encouraging nutritional eating habits. Also imparted training to the Dieticians to perform nutrition Screenings/Consultation. Successfully accomplished a grand project " Assessment of Nutritional Status of Nurses " which aimed to assess nutritional status of nurses working in various hospitals of District Ajmer (Rajasthan, India) with the inspiration of Dr Mrs. Ritu Mathur, Professor, Department of Foods & Nutrition, MDS University, Ajmer, Rajasthan. I am also very fond of writing articles regularly for local newspapers and newsletters.
